This basement finish added a separate two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for guests as well as a thriving Airbnb rental to the existing three story home. A natural finish adds to the cozy mountain vibes, providing guests with a Park City retreat-like feel that is conveniently nestled in downtown Salt Lake City.
We were thrilled to see that Airbnb guests recently reviewed the kitchen as “clean & modern”. Guests also boasted the apartment as having “an uncluttered decor” as well as a “spacious layout”. And, by far our favorite comment on this newly finished space: “nicer than award winning hotels”.
And, we couldn’t resist saving one of our favorite details for the end: the tile flooring in the second bathroom.
